We ran across this house while driving through a neighborhood we really like and have driven through many times before. Turns out it was a Fannie Mae foreclosure. We closed on the house on Tuesday the 12th of February. Now the work begins. It's not a total redo, thank heavens, and it's got good bones and is on a terrific lot. Click here to view the video slideshow. Fannie Mae allows ten days from the day an offer is accepted for inspections. The inspections were completed on Jan. 28th.
General Inspection...good with minor repairs
Well and Septic.......good
Heat and Air............one unit deceased, one in stable condition
Pool.......cleanable but gross! pump in fair condition, heater deceased
Termite...................not a single one!
On your mark..... get set...... GO!
